Youth & Young Adult Ministry
At ECC, teens and young adults are an integral part of our church family. It is our goal to have a youth ministry that combines events and programs aimed toward teenagers and college-aged youth with effective empowerment of parents and families to be the church at home. The world our youth live in can be a hard place, simply offering youth centered programming is not enough. We believe the faith development of young people is primarily the work of the whole family unit. It’s our goal to come along side families as they navigate the unique challenges and blessings of having a teenager, helping and empowering them to raise up a young follower of Christ.
YAYA (Youth & Young Adult) ministries have several different programs for junior high (6th through 8th grades), senior high and college-aged youth to achieve these goals:
Regularly Scheduled events
- High School Youth Group: Sunday nights from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Annex
- Jr High Youth Group: 2nd & 4th Sundays 10:30-Noon at the Annex
- CovKids (5th and 6th graders): Wednesday nights from 6:15-7:30 pm
- Confirmation (7th and 8th graders): Wednesday nights from 6:15-7:30 pm
